I’m sharing a new review / essay on Jenna Gribbon’s new show, Like Looking In a Mirror, at David Kordansky. It includes an exploration of how our concept of “the gaze” has changed with smartphone technology - something I have been passionate about for a long time, although I’m not sure “passionate” is the right word for it. More like curious the way one might be watching a train wreck in slow motion.
